Extended Care

The extended care program provides children with time for a snack and opportunities for cooperative games and indoor and outdoor free-play. Special interest activities, such as singing and music, gardening, and handwork, will be offered on a weekly schedule. Extended care is intended to complement the rhythms of the Waldorf classroom and provide continuity with the Waldorf philosophy throughout the day.
